Clients may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of placing an order or before the commencement of project development. Cancellations after the project has entered the development or customization phase will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are granted only for projects where no significant development work has been initiated. All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for completed or delivered work, third-party tool integrations, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable.
